Important Notice: This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pora34 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the pora34 platform and close your account.

The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle. Providing false eligibility information constitutes material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities.
Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the pora34 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held across all associated accounts.
When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly via your account settings or by contacting customer support should any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. The Company accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login details. You must notify pora34 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, pora34 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You must submit a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport) and a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days). Verification is typically completed within 2–4 hours during business hours (09:00–22:00 WIB).
4.1 Deposits. pora34 accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata; and via e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though the Company reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits that trigger internal risk-management thresholds. All funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes during processing hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, seven days per week including public holidays). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next processing window. Bank transfers typically settle within 1–2 hours of processing; e-wallet withdrawals are generally instant. All withdrawals are paid to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and verified through the KYC process.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not accept foreign-currency deposits. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by their own banks or e-wallet providers.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. pora34 is committed to preventing financial crime. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit. Unusual transaction patterns may be reported to competent authorities in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be returned to the originating payment method, less any applicable processing fees.

All promotions are subject to their specific terms, which are published alongside each offer and incorporated herein by reference. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
Bonus Abuse: Actions including but not limited to placing low-risk, mathematically calculated bets to clear wagering requirements (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting"), creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures will be treated as bonus abuse. The Company reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, and to close any account found to have engaged in such conduct.
6.1 General. All bets placed on the pora34 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming any wager. The Company is not liable for bets placed in error.
6.2 Sports Betting. pora34 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on a wide range of sporting events including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, badminton Grand Slams, MotoGP, volleyball, basketball, and E-sports. Markets including mix parlay (accumulator bets across multiple selections), Asian handicap, and over/under are available. A voor bola (Indonesian term for the goal handicap applied to a football match) is a standard handicap product displayed in decimal and fraction formats. All sports betting markets are governed by the official rules of the relevant governing body of the sport in question.
6.3 Casino Games. All casino games — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and virtual games — are operated using independently audited random number generators (RNGs). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available on the game-information page within the Platform. The Company makes no guarantee of winnings on any casino product.
6.4 Maximum Payout. The Company reserves the right to impose a maximum single-transaction payout limit of Rp 500.000.000 (five hundred million Rupiah) per day per Player, regardless of the number of games played or bets placed. Any winnings exceeding this threshold in a single 24-hour period may be paid in instalments at the Company's discretion.
6.5 Void Bets. The Company reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) an event is abandoned or suspended and not completed within 24 hours; (b) the bet was accepted due to a manifest pricing error; (c) there is credible evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation; or (d) a technical fault caused odds to be displayed incorrectly. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account Balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pora34 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant legal authorities:
All content on the pora34 Platform — including but not limited to the pora34 name, logo, brand assets, website design, graphical interfaces, software code, game content (where developed by or exclusively licensed to pora34), written content, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Company.
Third-party game content displayed on the Platform (including games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft / PG Soft, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by the studio's own licence agreement with the Company. pora34 does not claim ownership over third-party game content.
The Company collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pora34 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections and implements industry-standard security protocols to protect Player data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Notwithstanding these measures, no internet transmission is completely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.
The Company will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitation of liability is not permitted by law, pora34's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by such applicable law.
12.1 Termination by the Player. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to our customer support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
12.2 Termination by pora34. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; (c) the Player has provided false or misleading information; (d) continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the Company; or (e) the Player is found to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, the Company reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. If investigation confirms a breach, all funds associated with that breach (including deposits, winnings, and bonuses) may be forfeited. Legitimate, uncontested Balance funds will be returned to the Player upon conclusion of any investigation.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the Company's jurisdiction of operation.
The parties agree that any dispute arising under these Terms & Conditions shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the Player and the Company's customer resolution team. If resolution cannot be achieved within 30 calendar days of the dispute being formally raised in writing, either party may elect to refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English by a mutually agreed arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause limits the Company's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
pora34 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and — where the Company holds your email address — by sending a notification to your registered email address.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1 above.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes. The version of the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern the resolution of that dispute.
